Real food for real life.
During a marketing career that included work for many successful organizations, I quickly realized the importance of pursuing my true passion: food, nutrition, and wellness. For most of my childhood and early adulthood, I suffered from obesity, seasonal allergies, acute sinus and ear infections, extremely low energy, mood imbalances, and painful female cyclical issues. As time showed no improvement of my symptoms, I also grew frustrated with our healthcare system. I felt awful. I knew something had to change. Then I decided to explore the benefits of holistic nutrition.
In 2010, I began seeking advice from a Registered Holistic Nutritionist for my health concerns. After results and improvements in my symptoms thanks to a personalized approach including good quality whole foods and supplements, I knew that it was time to continue on my own journey by taking my health into my own hands. As I personally confirmed the connection between whole foods and healing, I began pursuing an education in Natural Nutrition through the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in Ottawa.
As of April 2012, I successfully completed my studies in holistic nutrition and am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner. I am currently accepting clients and working for Pomme Natural Market located in the vibrant West End of beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia.
